Hi, I’m Shelby—soapmaker, nature-lover, and founder of Moonstone Botanical, a family-run small business based in Virginia. Everything I make is hand-poured in small batches with ingredients I trust on my own skin—and my kids’.
I believe skincare should be simple, safe, and rooted in the natural world. The earth already offers us everything we need to care for our bodies. I just package it up in a way that fits into your daily rituals.
What started as a response to shortcuts in the skincare industry has grown into a passion: creating soap that doesn’t just avoid harm, but actively supports skin health.

We use only natural clays and charcoals to add beautiful color, create a rich lather, and gently exfoliate the skin. These ingredients help cleanse deeply while leaving your skin feeling smooth, refreshed, and nourished—making each bath a luxurious, revitalizing experience.
Oils & Butters
We’ve carefully crafted the base of our bars using top-quality oils and plant-based butters, selected for their rich, skin-enriching properties. Each blend is designed to provide nourishment and care, leaving your skin soft, hydrated, and well-loved after every use.
